Microprocessor Melting Point Apparatus SIPL975/ SIPL9750

The Instrument basically consists of a Miniature Furnace with Automatic Ramp Rate of Heating, Microprocessor Controlled, when “Start” key is pressed, heating starts. There is Auto detection of Opto-coupled Infra-Red transmission system, when sample melts, photodiode detects the signal and Melting Temperature put on hold / latched on display automatically. The Furnace becomes off and the cooling fan ON automatically. The instrument gives audio & visual indications, on reaching the temperature at which the sample melts. Opto-coupled I.R. Transmission based. Only Crystalline sample (Sample required to be transparent at the time of melting, not Suitable for Dark Colored Samples). The Melting Temp. of the sample remain displayed on the panel till the “RESET” switch is operated. OPERATION: Fully Automatic “Sample Fill and Forget”: All the selection of programming is fully protected from power failure including “HOLD” action of melting temperature. Once the start action is initiated, it will reach to find out the melting point of sample, even multiple time power failure.
